These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the aryonplay platform at aryonplay.app. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and aryonplay ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the aryonplay platform. Use of aryonplay constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement, including all subsequent amendments.

Access to and use of aryonplay is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are mandatory and non-waivable:
You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on aryonplay. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identity documents include: Philippine passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, Driver's License, and Voter's ID. Submitting fraudulent identification documents constitutes a criminal offence under the Republic Act 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012) and will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
aryonplay primarily serves players residing in the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on aryonplay. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by name, address, IP address, device fingerprint, payment method, or any other identifying information — constitute a breach of these terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. aryonplay is not responsible for losses or complications arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. aryonplay will never ask for your password via any communication channel. You agree to notify aryonplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your aryonplay account or any rights associated with it to any other party. aryonplay reserves the right to suspend any account where transfer of ownership is suspected.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. aryonplay may apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive accounts with a positive real money balance, following thirty (30) days' written notice to the Player's registered email address or mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance following the inactivity period may be closed.
aryonplay is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and all subsequent regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
aryonplay reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: prior to processing any withdrawal; when a cumulative deposit threshold is reached; where unusual account activity is detected; or as required by regulatory mandate. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your aryonplay account are from a legitimate source and are not derived from any criminal activity. aryonplay may report suspicious transactions to the AMLC or other relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.
aryonplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to your verified account tier and VIP level.
E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya, Coins.ph) are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) minutes during business hours. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes on average for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or high-volume periods.
All transactions on aryonplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction as determined by aryonplay's exchange rate provider. aryonplay is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the aryonplay account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. aryonplay reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider while an active account balance exists is a breach of these terms. aryonplay reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any disputed transaction and to pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, and to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail. aryonplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱35,000 in eligible wagers before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus wagering will not count toward the requirement.
Bonus Funds not used within thirty (30) days of issuance will expire and be removed from the Player's account without compensation, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms.
aryonplay maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to fulfill wagering requirements; exploiting game mechanics with the sole intent of meeting wagering requirements at minimal mathematical risk; and any behavior that aryonplay reasonably determines to be an attempt to defraud the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is identified, aryonplay reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend the account.
Certain promotions may be restricted to players who have not previously participated in a specific offer, to players within a particular VIP tier, or to players in specific regions of the Philippines. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the promotional terms. aryonplay's determination of eligibility is final.
All games available on aryonplay use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or employ live dealer mechanics overseen by licensed third-party studios. All game outcomes are generated independently of aryonplay's involvement, and the Company cannot influence the result of any individual game round.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of a bet, aryonplay's records are the official and definitive record of all wagers placed on the platform. Where a technical malfunction affects a game round, aryonplay reserves the right to void all affected wagers and return the staked amounts to the Player's wallet.
Certain games and promotions may have maximum payout limits. Where a maximum payout limit applies, it will be stated in the relevant game information or promotional terms. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum may be adjusted to the maximum amount at aryonplay's discretion.
Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are maintained separately within your wallet. When placing wagers, Real Money Funds will be used before Bonus Funds unless specified otherwise. Winnings from Real Money wagers are credited directly as Real Money Funds. Winnings from Bonus Fund wagers are credited as Bonus Funds until wagering requirements are met.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the aryonplay platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:
The aryonplay name, logo, brand identity, website design, software, game interfaces, and all content published on the platform are the exclusive intellectual property of aryonplay or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the aryonplay platform without prior written consent from the Company. Unauthorized use of aryonplay's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).
aryonplay takes player welfare seriously and incorporates responsible gaming protections as a binding component of these terms, not merely as optional guidance. The following provisions apply to all registered players.
As stated in Section 3.1, aryonplay strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Any person found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to PAGCOR as required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aryonplay and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise, even if aryonplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
aryonplay's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aryonplay makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You access and use aryonplay at your own risk.
aryonplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable belief that: the Player has breached any provision of these terms; the account is involved in fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity; the Player has provided false information; a regulatory requirement necessitates it; or continued operation of the account poses an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players.
Upon suspension of an account, aryonplay will conduct a review of the account history and balance. Verified Real Money Funds in the account at the time of suspension may be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following the completion of the review, subject to any funds being withheld pending investigation or regulatory reporting obligations. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are forfeited upon suspension where a breach of terms has been identified.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting aryonplay customer support. Any verified Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within three (3) to five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
aryonplay collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how aryonplay handles your personal information — including what data is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your data rights — are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting aryonplay, subject to the terms and conditions governing such withdrawal as stated in the Privacy Policy.
aryonplay may amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, aryonplay will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered mobile number or email address associated with each account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. Non-material amendments may be made without individual notification.
The version of the Terms and Conditions published on this page at any given time is the current and operative version. The effective date shown in the hero section of this page will be updated upon each revision. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and aryonplay, the Player is encouraged to contact aryonplay customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. aryonplay will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Where informal resolution is not achieved, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints process or pursue remedies through the appropriate Philippine courts.
